1. 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer our users a 30-day money back guarantee on all subscriptions. If for any reason a user is not satisfied with the software, they can request a full refund within 30 days of the start date of their subscription. This guarantee applies to monthly, quarterly, annual and lifetime subscriptions.
Please note that in order to benefit from the 30-day money back guarantee, users must meet the following conditions:
- The software must not have provided profitable results on either a live or demo account during the 30-day period.
- The user must have used the software for a minimum of 20 trading days on either a live or demo account.
- If the user has not achieved profitable results in the first week of using the software, the customer must have registered for a Zoom call with one of our Cartel Coaches.
All these criteria must be justified by the user for a refund to be issued. Cartelalgo reserves the right to request screenshots and evidence to support the user’s refund request.
To enforce the guarantee, the user must contact our customer support team via our contact information, indicating their desire to cancel the subscription and request a refund. Once the request is received and processed, the refund will be issued in the same payment method used for the purchase.
This money-back guarantee is designed to give users the confidence to try our software risk-free. However, this guarantee applies only once per customer, in order to avoid abuse of the system. In the event that a user has previously requested a refund under this policy, they will not be eligible to receive another refund on future subscriptions.
The 30-day money back guarantee is in addition to the standard cancellation rights and does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time, but this will not affect subscriptions already purchased under the terms of the guarantee.
By subscribing to our software, users accept and agree to the terms of this 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy is an integral part of our offering and seeks to ensure our users’ total satisfaction with the product we offer.
2. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
Users have the option to cancel their monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions at any time. Cancellation can be done by following the process set out on the platform in the billing section or by contacting our customer service team.
Once cancellation has been made, access to the software will continue until the end of the current billing period. It should be noted that the remaining time of the subscription after cancellation will not be refunded. This means that if a user decides to cancel in the middle of the billing period, they will continue to have access to the software until the end of the billing period, but will not be refunded for the unused portion.
In addition, the cancellation of the subscription leads to the deactivation of the automatic renewal. Therefore, if the user wishes to access the software again in the future, a new subscription must be made.
In the event of changes to the terms of the subscription or to the software, users will be informed well in advance. This will allow them to review and decide whether they accept the new terms or prefer to cancel their subscription.
